Shattered realms PT7

Soon the town was in view. He sighed as he looked at Fariy trail. She had a small smile on her face looking around as if she was watching the movements of a butterfly or something. She then noticed him looking at her turned red and looked down “ s-sorry ,I must look weird right?” he grinned” actually it was cute. And probably something I need for a while now. But this is sadly where we part ways. I cant say why but I cant be seen by the others here. I’m on a mission if you can believe that much, and me being seen would be horrible.” She nodded as if understand but sighed. He patted her head gently “don’t worry. As I said I will visit you. And no matter what I will always be there when you need me k?” at least he felt that way. He wasn’t sure why but he could feel this urge to protect her. Either way he gave her a hug which made her turn red but smile again and then a gentle push while saying” don’t worry ill be watching from here to make sure you make in alright.” She nodded “thanks again….im happy we met” she then started to walk to Ponyvile. He continued to watch her into she was in the town. He could hear Unluck saying something about how he was wasting time. The odd part was he wasn’t feeling like he had to rush. He was curious about that. Why when he was saving fairy trail did he feel urgency and here when he was going to save the world did he feel he could relax? He shook his head and sighed “ I don’t have time for that…..now how to get in….” he looked around seeing the least amount of ponies were near the east entrance. This wasn’t close to his goal but it was the best chance. As he kept watch of the movement of the other ponies he stayed as close to the shadows as he could. He wasn’t trying to look suspicious but he also didn’t want to stick out.  He then came to a hay pile which he jumped in so he could get a better view of the area. He saw sugar cube corner was not far but  it would be oddly hard to get there without being seen. He sighed as he tried to think. Then the worse then happened. He started to move,or better put the pile of hay was moving. Some ponies were sorting it and he no where to run! He tried to make himself smaller and hope they stop. Sadly this wasn’t the case if anything it drew their attention to where he was. He could once again hear the voice of Unluck and Lightquake telling him he would have to use magic. He was about to til he heard both a loud crash and a familiar cry.  He and pretty much every pony in town look over to see a apple cart had collapsed and a small pink filly on the brink of tears near it. Everyone in ran over to comfort her including the ones who were sorting the hay. Epoch was about to go but he noticed that not only was it fairy trail but two she was looking at him. He sighed, smiled, and bowed to her gratefully. He wasn’t happy she hurt herself but glad she had saved him from being spotted. She even made it so he could get to sugar cube corner with ease. As he ran out to sugar cube corner he gave one more look at her. She was a bit scared being surrounded but she was blushing which held their attention. He smiled running into the Cake’s store as he was able to see no one was there. The gap of time was decided this way because of this. He saw that what look like a party was going on…….or should be. No one was here. At first he was concern but he notice that nothing had been touched. He still had time. He saw a spot that could hide him and went to it. It was a cramp table to hide under but a cloth over it secured it as a safe spot.  It was time for the waiting game to begin.
